Welcome to Luxury Yourself ("we," "our," "us"), operated by Vertex Autonomy LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luxuryyourself.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. Luxury Yourself works directly with select wholesale suppliers who ship products directly to customers on our behalf. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any product at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. For standard orders, payment is collected in full at checkout via our secure payment processor. For select high-ticket items (generally $10,000–$80,000), a refundable deposit may be collected at checkout to reserve your order, with the balance due via invoice or bank wire prior to shipment, as outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Products ship directly from our supplier partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and are estimates only, not guarantees. Luxury Yourself is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Refundable deposits on high-ticket items are refundable prior to order fulfillment per the terms provided at checkout.

5. Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as described on the relevant product page. Luxury Yourself will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not itself the warrantor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Yourself and Vertex Autonomy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Content on this Site, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Luxury Yourself and may not be reproduced without permission.
